We analyze and implement strategies to improve communication through strategic practices. At Insight Spectrum we believe that communication is not a one-size-fits-all concept, regardless of industry, interest or profession. Therefore, in order to ensure effective communication with target audiences, we must understand the basics how to structure and deliver such messages. Insight Spectrum was born out of founder Dr. Jamie Vega’s passion and drive for the authentic connection born out of our inherent ability to strategically communicate with others.

Dr. Vega has been immersed in the fields of Psychology and Communication since the early 2000s. She spent her primary college years attending the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations, as well as in Psychology. Her passion for these fields continued to bloom during her graduate studies, also at the University of Central Florida where she earned her Master of Arts in Communication.

Dr. Vega has been an educator and leader for more than 20 years, earning a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Central Florida in Strategic Communication. Courses and Trainings she has both developed and facilitated include Public Speaking, Advanced Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Persuasive Communication, Group Dynamics, Intercultural Communication, Conflict and Communication, Communication Research Methods, Behavioral Science, Leadership Agility, Developmental Psychology, and Psychology of Human Interaction; in both online and face-to-face mediums.

Dr. Vega is also a certified facilitator of the True Colors™ personality assessment through True Colors International, and belongs to the International True Colors Association, the National Communication Association, and the International Communication Association.

She seeks to apply her years of experience and training by collaborating with companies and individuals seeking to reach their individual and organizational goals through the practice of strategic communication.
